Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, Royal Mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Standard delivery costs are £5.90 per order. Addresses in Northern Ireland, Certain Regions of Scotland, Scottish Highlands and offshore islands can cost more (but not always!). Please call for details, or we will call you if the price changes.

Duration

Items are usually delivered within 3 working days from when you place your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not currently in stock, but we will inform you if this is the case. All deliveries are made between 8.00am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

On line orders can only be delivered to the Cardholder's address. If you require the delivery to made to another address then please call as additional security checks need to be undertaken
Orders can only be delivered to mainland UK. We regret that we cannot deliver goods outside of the UK or to BFPO addresses.

Delivery times quoted are dependant on whether stock is available and on third party carriers. If any unforeseen delays do occur, Spa Accessories™ will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. We cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the delay.

Our courier will delivery any time between 8am and 5pm for standard deliveries.

Shortages

The customer should sign for all packages as shown in the delivery consignment note. It is the customer's responsibility to note any missing items on the delivery consignment note and notify Spa Accessories™ of any shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days. Your order may be delayed if the item is not currently in stock, but we will inform you if this is the case.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security We use HSBC to process all credit card transactions.

If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to Spa Accessories™ within 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund.

Customers are responible for returning items and it is recommended to use recorded delivery.

Some products are excluded from our 14-day money back guarantee. These are clearly marked by a † next to the product name. Product installation services already commenced are excluded from the 14-day money back guarantee.

The 14-day money back guarantee and any other manufacturer's guarantees promoted on the website are in addition to our obligations with respect to your statutory rights, which of course remain unaffected.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification.
To cancel, you can email us or write to us within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to Spa Accessories.
You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.
